What is your return policy?

Please contact me as soon as you receive your item if you are not happy with it. You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact me to return it. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and returned as new with the original packaging. I am unable to accept returns that do not comply with this. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Prior to posting, each item goes through quality control and is checked that itis the size that you ordered. 

Due to the process behind making the custom Seaglass rings these cannot be refunded.

What if a ring is the wrong size?

I can resize any ring bought from eleven17 for a small charge which includes return postage to you. Please contact me if you do want to resize a ring and make sure you send the ring to me with tracked postage and insurance covering the cost of the ring inside.

Resizing Prices:

Siren - £40

Whale/Dolphin/Octopus- £35

Whirpool - £35

Seahorse / Hammerhead ring- £20

Stackers - £10

These prices include return postage of your resized ring back to you.

I do not resize rings bought elsewhere.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow up to three weeks for orders to be dispatched, however it will often be quicker.

Items are despatched from Switzerland, with varying delivery times. Each item will have tracking so you can follow its journey. Within Europe please allow 3-5 working days. To the UK please allow 5-7 working days and international please allow up to 3 weeks.

Please see the ring sizing tab for information and the most reliable ways find out your ring size.

I work with U.K ring sizes.

How much is delivery and customs charges?

The custom charges depend on where you're ordering too, you will be able to find specific custom in formation on your country's website. 

All postage within Europe and the UK is £4.99 and over £70 is free. 

International postage is a flat rate of £12

What should I do if an item is faulty?

If on arrival of your item please contact me immediately, we can discuss returning the faulty item to me. Upon which I will asses the fault and where possible will replace the item or refund you.
